Arjun’s experience includes asset-backed corporate acquisitions, sale and leasebacks and general corporate finance advisory including both buy-and sell-side M&A and real estate private equity advisory and investments.
He began his professional career by joining Cairn Capital, before moving to the real estate M&A team at PwC in 2014 where he was responsible for financial modelling and quantitative analysis of a transaction including undertaking valuations of companies or contracts; preparation of client presentations, pitch and marketing documents and industry specific research; project management and general transaction support; and business development activities including identification and targeting of potential opportunities and product lines.
Following this, in 2020, Arjun joined Ekistics as an Associate and was promoted to Associate Director in 2022.
Arjun’s transaction and investment experience includes circa USD 800 million of real estate transactions in the UK, Germany, Netherlands and Greece.
Arjun holds a degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
