Ekistics Property Advisors LLP is the sole advisor to Ekistics Capital (together, "Ekistics"), a permanent capital structure in private ownership. Ekistics Capital invests in commercial real estate across a range of selected European geographies with a focus on either a short to medium term value-add or long-term hold strategies.

Since its inception on 5 June 2009, Ekistics has executed on over circa £500m of acquisitions, financings, and divestitures over 20 investments with 12 realisations across the UK, Germany, Ireland, Spain and Scandinavia.

In accordance with its mandate, Ekistics continuously reviews the market for investment opportunities and places particular focus on "high yield" and "value-add" assets. The target investment criteria include, among other things, a focus on downside protection, strong fundamentals underpinning real estate, and potential to create value.
